Agreement

By submitting your email address on inksite.tattoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit your email. These terms are between you and Inksite LLC (“Inksite,” “we,” “us”), a Wisconsin limited liability company.

What this is

Inksite is a platform for tattoo artists currently in development. This site is a pre-launch waitlist. By joining, you are expressing interest in being notified when the platform becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, features, or a launch date.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting your email, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails from Inksite related to our launch and platform updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We will not send unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

No warranties

The site and waitlist are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s eventual availability, features, pricing, or fitness for any particular purpose. We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel the platform at any time without liability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inksite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $0, as no fees are charged for waitlist participation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to submit false or fraudulent information, to harass others, or to violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the waitlist at our discretion.

Copyright (DMCA)

Inksite respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. Continued participation in the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
