Who we are

Inksite LLC (“Inksite,” “we,” “us”) operates inksite.tattoo. Questions? Reach us at hello@inksite.tattoo.

What we collect

At this stage, we collect only your email address when you join our waitlist. We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personal data.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to notify you when Inksite launches and to send occasional updates about the platform’s progress. We will not send you unrelated marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

How it’s stored

Your email is stored securely with Resend, our email service provider. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

Analytics

We use PostHog in cookieless mode to understand how visitors use our site. No cookies are set. IP addresses are anonymized. No personal data is linked to analytics events.

Data retention

We retain your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can request removal at any time by emailing hello@inksite.tattoo and we will delete your data within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (EU/UK residents)

Children

Inksite is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted their email, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Inksite grows. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
